Ministry Team Requirements

In order to provide ministry that is consistant with the word of God, we carefully screen our ministry aplicants. We our requirements are not difficult to meet, but we must adhere to them for the good of those that we minister to. To join our ministry team you must have a heart that wants to see the restoration of marriages;

and believe:

• the Bible to be the only inspired, inerrant, infallible, and authoritative word of God.
• there is one God who eternally exists in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
• that Jesus Christ, the second person of the Holy Trinity, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died a sacrificial death for the sins of the world, rose bodily from the dead.
• that salvation is by grace, through faith alone in the Person and finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
• the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit supply us with all things that pertain to life and godliness.
• that marriage is not man's invention but God's.
• that marriage is a covenant not a contract, and is to last until "death do us part".
• that since it is God's plan for marriage to last a life time, that we can count on it that it is HIS WILL for EVERY hurting marriage to be restored.

and commit to:

• keep your focus on Jesus.
• daily pray for the marriages that come to us for prayer and help. How much time you spend praying for these marriages is between you and God. We only ask that you commit to pray for them daily.
• if you join the Live Help or Ministry Room teams, you must commit to being available for what ever time you commit to. We will be flexible if you need to change your commitmet, but you must make prior arrangements before changing your committed time slots.
